Query manager

You can store queries in the Query Manager, allowing you quick access to them later. This enables you to access frequently used queries, from directly within ApexSQL Edit’s interface.

Adding Queries to the Query Manager

To add a query to the query manager, right click the Query Editor window and select Add Query. This will open the Add User Query dialog, where you can choose a name and location for your query.

Execute Query When Selected – Select this option if you want ApexSQL Edit to automatically execute the query when you double click it in the Query Manager
Save Current Connections with Query – Select this option if you want ApexSQL Edit to save the current connection information with the query

Note:

You can add folders in the Query Manager by right clicking a Query Manager folder and selecting Add New Folder.
