Export/Import Formatting Settings

The Formatting Options dialog box allows a user to export settings selection to an XML file and import necessary selection from previously saved XML files. It is a very convenient feature if you have a defined set of various formatting options you want to apply to great number of SQL scripts. It allows you to set all options by one mouse click and not by tiresome manual selection at every option tab.

By clicking the button you can import a previously exported profile. The Open file dialog box is displayed. Browse for the file location where the profile file resides and click .

Likewise, by clicking the button you can export the current formatting settings to an XML file. The Save As dialog is displayed. Enter the filename, choose the folder location to which the file should be written and click the button.
