Server details

The Server options allow specifying exactly which server objects and details to include in the documentation. To access these options:

Server properties

Select Document server properties to include information on server properties as well as server configuration, version, and database list

Server object details

Alerts

A list of alerts properties including name, type, category, event source, database, ID, error number

Backup devices

A list of backup devices properties including type and file path, name. Media details such as description, creation date, media sequence number, family sequence number and media family count. Backup sets details including name, type, recovery model, server, database, position, date, size, user name and expiration

Credentials

A list of credentials including name and value

Jobs

A list of jobs properties including name, description, category, type, owner, version number, creation date, last modified date, last run date, originating server, schedule status, ID and start step ID

Linked servers

A list of linked servers properties including name, ID, last modified date, provider, product name, data source, provider string, location, catalog, collation name, collation compatible status, use remote collation status, data access status, Is Distributor status, Is Publisher status, Rpc status, Rpc Out status, Is Subscriber status, connection timeout and query timeout

Logins

A list logins and properties, including name, login type and default database

Operators

A list of operator’s properties, including name, category, email, ID and Is Enabled status
