Activation Guide for ApexSQL Report

Entering info Directly on Web Based Activation Form:
Apex SQL Report does not support automatic activation. Manually start a web browser and explicitly go through the activation steps on http://www.apexsql.com/activation.
Choose ApexSQL Report on product List box. Enter the Activation Key / Unlock Code as provided at the time of purchase. This is of the format XXXX-XXXXXXX. Enter the Hardware ID as seen on Product Activation page in the ApexSQL Report application.
When you click "Submit" you will see the Activation Code as shown below.
Click "Get Reg key file" to generate a Registry (.reg) file to manually add the activation code to the registry.
Manually adding the activation code to the registry is done easily via a .reg file.
- To create this file click the "Get Reg key file" button
- Save it to the computer you obtained the Hardware ID from
- Double Click the file
Restart ApexSQL Report web application by:
- either Restart PC
- or Restart IIS (Run iisreset on command prompt)
- or edit & save web.config file (found under ApexSQL Report installation directory).
Restart IIS on command prompt:
Your copy of ApexSQL Report should have been successfully activated.
