No, ApexSQL Log API doesn't support email alerts out-of-the-box. However, custom functionality can be built on top of ApexSQL Log API to support email alerts as well as other notification and reporting capabilities

ApexSQL Log API is licensed per-computer on which SQL Server is installed. A single license allows ApexSQL Log API to be activated on one computer with SQL Server installed. In this context, a computer is any operating system instance. If you have a physical computer running 8 VMs each with its own SQL Server, then you will need 8 licenses
