ApexSQL Audit provides a form specifically dedicated to deleting auditing. To open this form click on "Delete Auditing" from the Outlook Bar, Audit Menu or Toolbar as shown here:

You can select to delete the basic auditing infrastructure like tables, views and procedures or just delete the auditing triggers, or both.
The results of each operation will be output to the user so you can see all of the feedback SQL Server provides. The "Delete Audit Architecture" results are shown here:
